Sending E-Mails
Emails can be sent via SMTP directly or using one of our official integrations. See our docs on how to integrate mailcatcher with various systems like Wordpress, TYPO3 or Shopware 6.
You can find the connecion information for your project when clicking the Info button in the top-right corner.
The modal shows you all relevant information about plain and STARTTLS connecions. Also we give you a full connection DSN, usefull when working with e.G. the symfony/mailer package.
The username consists of the project and your organisation’s slug. You can always use a plain connection on port 1026 or use STARTTLS when connecting to port 1027. This ensures maximum compatabilits with legacy systems as well as secure connections for modern systems.
